William Perry | Craftsperson
William has always had a knack for woodworking. He was gifted his first tool belt at age three and began learning about building and creating from his dad. William spent the last ten years working as a carpenter on custom homes and renovations. On the side, he started designing and building furniture and projects for family and friends. He is excited to share his love of fine woodworking through Kauri Woodworks.
A nod to his kiwi roots, Kauri Woodworks, is named after the mighty kauri tree of New Zealand. Just as the kauri tree symbolizes strength and endurance, William strives to bring these qualities to every piece he creates.
William lives in Cumberland, BC with his wife, who helps out with the business' social media. When he's not in his workshop, you can find him mountain biking or playing rugby.
